“Pet Sematary: Bloodlines” struggles to breathe life into the Stephen King film adaptation with this lackluster prequel. The film is situated in 1969 Ludlow, Maine, and endeavors to unravel the backstory of Jud Crandall and the Mi’kmaq burial ground. Jackson White takes on the role of Jud, a restless teenager seeking an escape from Ludlow with his girlfriend Norma (Natalie Alyn Lind).
